The BCM 50 bundle is expandable to 20 analog lines - with expansion units, or 1 PRI - expansion unit required, 12 digital extensions - BCM only, 44 digital extensions - expansion unit required, 4 analog extensions, over 100 user mailboxes - key codes required. Phone Overview:

 Nortel Business Series Terminals T7316E is a full-featured, expandable, multi-line telephone that has a two-line, 16-character-per-line display that is menu driven and supported by three context-sensitive soft keys. The T7316E provides access to 24 memory buttons, 16 of which include multi-segment icons for fast and precise decision making. It is designed for high call volume positions requiring access to extensive system features. Typical users include supervisors, managers, executives, and other business professionals.

  • Modular design: Allows the T7316E to be deployed anywhere as a feature-rich standalone solution; or, by adding the T24 Key Indicator Module, as a Central Answering Position for efficient call routing.

Professional Services Offered as per above quoted price:

  • Installation of all hardware listed above, with up to a maximum of 16 labour hours. Additional hours encountered for install will be billed at market rates.
  • First Quarterly installment for Basic Service Agreement included in above pricing. Upgrade or termination of Service Agreement must be made in writing with 30 days notice.
  • Set up and configuration of hardware and software as per meetings, discussions between TP  Communications and your business
  • Training of all staff on basic use of telephones and associated features.
  • Advanced training of 1-2 staff on administration of voicemail, telephones 1hr max.
  • Set up and programming of Automated Attendant and CCR.

Services NOT covered or Offered as per above quoted price:

  • Deployment, installation, engineering and configuration of any VOIP services or advanced call routing
  • Additional service requests 72 hours after installation for moves, add, changes to configuration.
  • Additional auxiliary services, equipment to be installed, for example music on hold devices, external paging services. These services would be billed on time and charges.
  • Overtime labour to install above equipment during non business hours
  • Network cable installations. If system is to be networked additional fees may be incurred if adequate cat5e cabling is not already in place between telephone room and data equipment
