Our Premium Service Plan includes the following items:

TP Communications establishes a remote connection for provisioning (50% off service rate)
Complete offsite system backup for disaster recovery scenarios
Remote Monitoring and response to all system alarms without customer call
System alarm triggers call/page/email to TP Communications. TP Communications will address alarm and advise contact of resolve within 2 hrs. business hours and within 4hr. on non-business hours (weekend/evenings/holidays)
Immediate response to service requests via remote connection
Bulk labour provisioning hours offered in 10hr increments at nearly 25% off service rate
Generate work order on per request basis and supply invoice identifying hrs used /hrs remaining
Customer can purchase additional hours anytime during contract in 5 or 10hr increments
